Bria is the sofware phone application for the innovaphone PBX with firmware V7 and higher. It connects voice and video over IP in one application. The user interface is intuitive to use and its wide array of individual settings and possibilities results in improved use for occasional users as well as for professional users. Sending and receiving fast text messages (instant messaging) is already fully integrated.
Versatile user interface
The Bria user interface always provides a good overview in each of its diverse images. Status information and the appropriate buttons for operation are always displayed on the application's main window. Besides which, a window for easy use of the telephone directory and a window for video communication can pop-up if needed. The telephone can even be used quickly and easily when minimised, as an application bar.
Modern protocols
The telephone uses the standardised and widely spread SIP protocol for communication, thus enabling maximum compatibility. The protocol type"SIP over TCP" provides additional compatibility to the Microsoft Office Communication Manager - OCS. The additional type "SIP over TLS"provides a high security standard with this encryption.
Short texts to the telephone
Starting from Version 7 of the innovaphone PBX, innovaphone telephones support the sending and receiving of short messages. Bria makes the computer into the perfect partner for exchanging messages with all telephones on the telephone system.
